Review: We had them pick up two lawn tractors for repair. They verbally quoted both, green being approx. $300 and the red approx $600 and never mentioned delivery fees. We gave the go ahead to fix the green due to money issue. There was no communication to us about the repairs at all after initial go-ahead. Upon completion of the green tractor, they had delivered the tractor unannounced and without prior notice, with the bill of $641 attached. The cost had doubled in price, included a $40 delivery charge (that was never mentioned) and mentioned nothing about a charge for delivering the red one. We tried to dispute but they refused to reduce the amount. We paid the amount by trying to pay 1/3 at a time but we were unable to financially keep that up so we paid what we could, in installments and paid it off when they threatened to send us to collections, even after telling them we were having trouble paying. They didn't even fix it correctly. They are holding our red tractor until we send them $40 for delivery and will not compromise delivering it and getting the check upon delivery. They were rude when we contacted them about the bill, the payments and the red tractor, even though we were respectful to them. They are very poor at customer service and have poor cost estimate practices by not keeping their word on their estimates. They didn't even call to say the price had gone up. We would have argued the point at that time, or opted to have the red tractor repaired instead. This option was never given to us.Desired Settlement: I would like my red tractor returned at their expense because they never mentioned the delivery charge for the red tractor until we called about it being returned. They charge us double for fixing the green tractor and now I feel like they are holding it hostage and my fear is they will deliver it with more damage than when they took it.

I am rejecting this response because no resolution was offered. It simply states that we could call them to arrange delivery of the tractor.
