Poor and deceptive service! Purchased a new $110,000 2013 750LI X-Drive three weeks ago and just discovered the driver’s door had been damaged and was repaired / repainted by a body shop contracted by the dealership, yet no person at the dealership had the fortitude to disclose this to me at the time of purchase (but have admitted since). 48-hours after purchasing the car I brought back due to issues (ghosting lines) with the paint on the driver’s door (I did not realize at this time the door had been repainted) and still they did not disclose. I was informed of the issue when I took the car to my own body shop to have the paint situation evaluated. The paint issue has yet to be resolved by the GM, who could not have been less concerned over the issue of their deceptive behavior. The GM also stated the value of the car has not been affected by the repainted door (this of course would not be his opinion if I were trading the car in).
