First, I would like to say we strive to please every customer and offer excellent customer service in our storeAs to the complaint, our store has thousands of items and some of them carry a very low gross profit percentage in order to stay competitive in our areaThis low GP%, while it allows us to have name brands at competitive prices, does not allow us to discount all of them for sales without going below the purchase cost of the item, which we are not permitted to do by state lawThese items are considered "Non-Discountable" and will be flagged at the point of sale as suchThose few exceptions are noted on the coupons that are sent from Ace corporate, as well as other restrictions that apply to the coupon offersWe hope all customers have a excellent experience in our store, so we are sorry for any inconvenience *** had while shopping with us, and look forward to her return visits
