Borrower had an inflated opinion of property value and retaliated with complaint to Revdex.com that appraiser was unprofessional for not appraising property higher. Property was exposed to open market for over 7 months with no sale and price reduction. Comparable sales and listings in same subdivision...

indicated a market value supporting contract price, no higher. The borrowers reference to insulting he builder was misrepresented.  The appraisal process involves property inspection and identification of value influencing factors including deficiencies and negative factors which the borrower refused to acknowledge even when presented with specific examples of deficiencies. The email communication from this borrower will be retained indefinitely and can be provided upon request to show the borrowers aggressive tone and appraisers respectful professional responses.
