Unfortunately, it was an office error. We did type his check way back but it was filed away. When we received the complaint we researched the file and located the check. We have since called the consumer and he has picked up his check.
We will be discussing this in court!

repeatedly called this establishment only to be laughed at by management and absolutely no productive discussion has been had yet. When the company willingly took money from my account, I became involved. They have been extremely uncooperative since the start, and have technically illegally repossessed the vehicle. To that particular issue, I have no care or involvement in. However when the vehicle was repossessed (in any manner, legal or non) my stake should have been returned in full. This is standard contract law that anyone in the industry should be aware of. It is deplorable how they are treating the situation, and I will personally see to it that no one does business with this company until they prove they can behave in a professional manner.
