Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because I am financially involved in this situation, therefor the issue should be addressedMy friend has repeatedly called this establishment only to be laughed at by management and absolutely no productive discussion has been had yetWhen the company willingly took money from my account, I became involvedThey have been extremely uncooperative since the start, and have technically illegally repossessed the vehicleTo that particular issue, I have no care or involvement inHowever when the vehicle was repossessed (in any manner, legal or non) my stake should have been returned in fullThis is standard contract law that anyone in the industry should be aware ofIt is deplorable how they are treating the situation, and I will personally see to it that no one does business with this company until they prove they can behave in a professional mannerA simple return of my conditional payment down is all I'm asking forThey have their property back, so should ISincerely, [redacted]

We will be discussing this in court!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meAlthough we do were not under any obligation as business stated

On July 10th 2016, customer came to check our 94 chevy, after checking the car and driveing it with his wife, they liked it, except for the AC was not operative.   Our agrement was to colect non refundable $500 in order for me to fix the AC. The buyer and his wife agreed to the term and gave me...

there ATM to charge $500 as a non refundable demposit for fixing the AC. Next day the AC was Fixed, and we called the customer to inform him that the AC is fixed. The customer asked to hold the car until  July 14, 2016, but still he never showed up, on the 15th we called him again, he replyed that they changed their mind and dont wont the car. According to our agreement, the $500 was used to fix the AC and it was used for that purpoe, also by holding the car more than 4 days, coast our dealership losing other buyers for the same vehicle. There was no foul play in this deal, we did every think according to the customer request.

Business states that the consumer has been refunded the $500. Consumer disputed charge with their credit card company and  even though the business was under no obligation to refund the money, company has decided not to dispute it.

Tell us why here...Its obvious the customer feels more comfortable communicating with the Revdex.com than with us. From the day of purchase we have not had good luck with reaching said customer. Even now with complaints we still could not reach said customer. to further address the...

issues: Tires we knew nothing about the grievance because we were never contacted, registration we found out after ms turney contacted one of our staff that doesn't deal with that aspect of the deal but instructed her to contact the office to no avail. If she would have she would have found the same thing that we found after further investigation, which was that the reg. was completed and mailed to said cutomers address on file, with a copy mailed to the dealer for our records. Thomas auto went further and sent customer a completed registration for her car to her phone via text. furthermore if anything else is needed please contact us .

Review: WE HAD GONE TO THIS DEALER TO VIEW AN SUV( 1994 SUBURBAN)ON 7/10/16. WE HAD INITIALLY SAID THAT WE WOULD PURCHASE SUV AND COME BACK TO GET IT,IF THE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT WAS FIXED. WELL HE WANTED A DEPOSIT AND REQUESTED A $500.00 ONE WOULD BE GOOD. SO MY HUSBAND GAVE THEM HIS ATM CREDIT/DEBIT CARD AND SIGNED A RECEIPT FOR THIS AMT. WE WERE TO PICK UP CAR ON THURSDAY,7/14/16, BUT WE DECIDED TO NOT GO AHEAD WITH PURCHASE. WE HAD NOT SIGNED ANY KIND OF PURCHASE AGREEMENT /PROMISE TO BUY,SALES CONTRACT,ETC. WE RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM DEALERSHIP ASKING WHAT TIME WE WOULD COME TO PICK UP CAR? AT THAT MOMENT MY HUSBAND INFORMED HIM THAT WE WOULD NOT BE COMING FOR CAR BUT WE DID WANT OUR MONEY BACK. THEY STATED THAT THEY WOULD NOT REFUND OUR MONEY SINCE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT HAD BEEN REPAIRED.I READ PRETTY MUCH EVERYTHING I COULD IN RELATION TO THIS TYPE OF SITUATION AND FROM WHAT I HAVE READ THIS IS ILLEGAL. ESPECIALLY SINCE WE DID NOT SIGN ANY KIND OF CONTRACT OR ANY TYPE OF AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE SAID SUV. I HAVE A COPY OF A RECEIPT AND THAT IS ALL WE HAVE. I HAVE ALREADY MADE REPORTS TO DEPT. OF MOTOR VEHICLES,CONSUMER AFFAIRS,ETC. I WILL BE SPEAKING TO AN ATTORNEY AND WILL PURSUE WHAT OTHER AVENUES I CAN,TO GET OUR MONEY BACK. THIS,TO ME,IS NOT THE WAY A GOOD BUSINESS OPERATES. ANY KIND OF ASSISTANCE YOUR AGENCY CAN PROVIDE TO US WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. IF COPY OF RECEIPT WE RECEIVED IS NEEDED PLEASE LET US KNOW I WILL GLADLY SEND COPY. THANK YOU AGAIN. AGAINDesired Settlement: REFUND OF $500.00 PAID.
