Concerning the complaint assigned ID [redacted] The customers name is [redacted] *** The customer had been offered the wheeler back with a brand new engine/ clutch/ and gear box The customer had requested (according to my manager) the wheeler repaired and a full refund The manufacture sent the wrong part on occassions and finally got it right on the third try only to find the problem was deeper into the gearbox When we found the problem was deeper in the gearbox we chose to replace the whole engine with an engine off of another wheeler Apparently Mr [redacted] did not understand that the other wheeler was brand new and still in the crate As of this morning, the customer has been offered a full refund or the wheelerIf he should take the wheeler he has been offered a full refund if he should desire to return it within weeks I am sorry that this went this far but you have my word that this is no different than I would have done with or without the Revdex.comI have been out of the country since 1-31-and unable to receive phone callsThis is my first day backThat is my error I do appreciate your letter and position and thank you Sincerely, [redacted]
