###-###-#### on June 02, He led me to believe there were no issues with the vehicle but I found it had been involved in a head on collision with another vehicle 12/06/when I could not buy insurance for vehicle due to safety concernsTo hide a bad CARFAX report is fraudThomas Broughton issued me a temporary registration at time of purchase on June 02, I told him the address was wrong but he said correct address would be on permanent registration and titlePermanent registration and tags were received at Thomas Broughton Auto Sales (not mailed)Title was never received as it was apparently mailed to address that he punched into DMV data base at time of saleHe is blaming *** *** at DMV for his mistakeBy hiding the fact vehicle was involved in a head on collision and had a bad CARFAX report substantially impairs safety and valueMajor automobile insurance companies refused to insure vehicle due to safety concernsThere may be undetected structural damageI would not have purchased the vehicle had I been aware of these issues
