I hired this company to repair my handicap bathroom shower, I was very dissatisfied with their work, the water stands in several places and does not drain correctly, an attempt was made to fix it but only made it worse, after payment was made they would not come back and repair it to my satifactionI would not recommend this company

Contacted *** *** about a job that we needed doneHis company was the only one that came out on time, gave as a prompt estimate and could do the work immediatelyWe were relocated from our house until our house could be fixedHe was told that the insurance was paying for thisHe required half of the payment before he started and the rest once the job was completedI paid half before he startedThe job was done in a timely mannerOnce the job was completed, I contacted the insurance company to get the required money and they required to do an inspectionI came home to explain that to him, only to find him goneOur deep freezer was left unplugged, leaking on our brand new floor, black marks all over the walls and door, scrap wood piled on our front porch and thrown on our flower bed and trash left in our drivewaySome boards of our floor were scratched and brokenI called to explain about the inspection and how I found my house when I returnedThat is when his attitude changedHe said he should not of had to move my deep freezer and he should have charged me to do itHe requested his money right thenHe sent harassing and threatening emails and texts to meAfter our inspection and receiving our check, I deducted clean up and repainting fee from his money

Review: $600.00 was paid to [redacted] in November 2011 to begin work on some home and property projects. Work never began due to scheduling conflicts with both parties through the end of that year. By January 9th 2012 we were once again ready to move forward with some indoor work but [redacted] continued to be very busy and no date was ever agreed upon as a start date. I continued to leave voice mail messages and send him emails from January 2012 through May 2012 explaining that some concrete and block work needed to be completed as soon as possible. [redacted] was again unable to begin work and we were forced to hire another contractor to complete a large portion of the work we intended for Mr. Thomas. I contacted [redacted] once again on March 19th of 2013 to come back out and give us another quote for the next portion of the work. He visited, presented a new proposal, it was accepted and another deposit of $2325.00 was paid to him on April 5th 2013 and the date of April 10th 2013 was agreed upon to begin the work. April 10th came and there was no word from [redacted]. I continued to contact him concerning when exactly he would be here and he again explained that he was busy with another job and had to push the start date back to March 24th 2013. This date again passed by with no work being done and with the threat of us failing our inspections we were once again forced to look for another contractor. On May 14th I informed [redacted] that we were forced to forward with another contractor and we were going to give him until 6:00 pm on May 17th to pay our full deposit, of $2925.00, back to us. I am now filing a complaint and taking other measures on May 28th 2013. He did inform us that he would begin work immediately but with his previous track record, and our patience worn out, we do not feel he would do the best job even if work did begin.Desired Settlement: Refund of our deposit of $2925.00 within the time perimeters that the Revdex.com feels is fair but as soon as possible is appreciated.
