Review: this person was hired to repair my handicap bathroom with wheelchair roll in shower, he gave an estimate on 7/21/14, which was agreed on, down payment was made and work started on 7/23/14, was told it would take 2 days, it took a week to finish, after job was finished he was paid the balance. after using the shower I found out the water wont drain correctly, water stands and pools in the floor. I have pics.he was notified by phone and email, he will not reply. I have tried for 3 months to contact him with no response.his website is no longer on-line.I mailed a registered letter but it was never picked up, he has several addresses which I think may all be fake.Desired Settlement: I would like a partial refund so I can hire someone else to repair his poor work and get my shower fixed correctly.
