Thomas Burmester

Review: I hired Thomas Burmester to install tile in my kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom. He laid down the tile, but never completed the project, as grout was inconsistent and coming out of the grooves. Multiple tiles were loose and came off of the floor. Plus, there were messes he never cleaned. He stated that he'd be by many times to fix the problem; however, he'd give a date and never show. Ultimately, he stopped returning my texts and phone calls.Desired Settlement: Since he stopped communicating with me, I had to find another company to finish the job. I an seeking reimbursement for those extra moneys spent.
