Two stars instead of just one because they have some of the best prices (next to Sunroc and Rushman) and Mary Anne, the lady who is in charge of answering the phone and countless other tasks tried her best to help us resolve our issue, but her ideas were overridden by the “truck boss”We called in Thursday and asked for yards of gravelWe verified before delivery that the truck would be able to gradually drop the gravel and were told it was possibleWhen the truck arrived we asked again if he could drop the gravel gradually along our foot driveway and he said it would be no problemIt was a bit confusing as to why he dropped it all in one place at the endHe claimed that he couldn’t fit all the way into the driveway due to tree branches and non existent power linesYet he backed all the way in to drop all the gravel in one place? When we called to see what could be done about this Mary Anne assured us they would make it right by having someone bring a front loader out to move the yardsWhen she learned this wasn’t possible she said we could find another solution or at the very least send people to help us spread this outThe truck boss decided that we were on our own for this task and said that nobody would be coming to help usAfter hours of back breaking work, I hardly made a dent and had to hire some people to come out and help meA job that should’ve been quick and only $for gravel and delivery ended up costing me quite a bit more and that doesn’t account for the time and energy I spent spreading yards of gravel out
