On 12-24-2015, I called NOCO Automotive mobile mechanic to come to my house to fix a broken serpentine beltWhen the mechanic, Hayden arrived, he asked what was going on and I told him as I backed up to my barn, the power steering wasn't workingThat's when I discovered the broken serpentine belt and called themI gave him cash to go to get the partspart stores are within minutes of my house, but it took minutes for him to returnHe brought back pulleys, the belt and a diagram that didn't identify what each of the pulleys controlledHe replaced them all and the total bill came to $280.(cash) The next day (Christmas day)I started the vehicle and it was making a new noiseWhen I looked under the hood, one pulley was wobbling so bad, I was afraid to drive itThe owner claimed no such employee, after I complainedI wrote a Google review with my story and gave one starHe then threatened to file a lawsuit against me if I didn't remove the review, which I did, but left the one starHe again threatened me, and says he's filing on MondayIn conclusion, I'm an older woman living alone and felt this could've been intentional on the part of the mechanic and used his name in the review to protect other women in my situationI am filing a police reportNo one should have to be subjected to this treatment

and called them. I gave him cash to go to get the parts. 2 part stores are within 5 minutes of my house, but it took 45 minutes for him to return. He brought back 3 pulleys, the belt and a diagram that didn't identify what each of the pulleys controlled. He replaced them all and the total bill came to $280.(cash) The next day (Christmas day)I started the vehicle and it was making a new noise. In conclusion, I'm an older woman living alone and felt this could've been intentional on the part of the mechanic and used his name in the review to protect other women in my situation. I am filing a police report. No one should have to be subjected to this treatment.
