Review: I've been waiting 6 months to receive my completed tax returns. Repeated emails are rarely returned, and phone calls have never been returned. When I call I get through to the office assistant, but I've yet been able to speak directly to the tax preparer. She leaves messages for the preparer (she says she does), but again I've yet to receive one return call. I believe an extension was filed on my behalf but I have not seen a copy of it. I am totally in the dark and am very frustrated that I have no information on when my taxes will be completed. In the meantime I may be accruing tax penalties or other penalty that I am unaware of.In short - very, very, poor service.Desired Settlement: I want to be contacted by the owner of the business, Tom Cook, and I also want a billing adjustment once the taxes are complete and a bill is provided.
