Chuck won a bit to run to the Docks for $We paid him a deposit of $He showed up weeks late to do the work He got half way done and one of the Residents at the HOA demanded to see a permitHe did not have oneHe stopped working and told me he wold file for the permitWe had the balance of the $ ready for him and the person that was supposed to give it to him did not know she was not supposed to give him the check until work was completeShe gave him the check and we never saw him againI have filed charges with the CW police

Chuck won a bit to run 220 to the Docks for $4200. We paid him a deposit of $2000. He showed up 2 weeks late to do the work. He got half way done and one of the Residents at the HOA demanded to see a permit. He did not have one. He stopped working and told me he wold file for the permit. We had the balance of the $ ready for him and the person that was supposed to give it to him did not know she was not supposed to give him the check until work was complete. She gave him the check and we never saw him again. I have filed charges with the CW police.
