Very unprofessional sanding and refinishing of our hardwood floors for someone that has years of experience Uneven stain, edger marks in floor that were not blended and removed prior to staining, Chatter marks (waviness) over entire floorIn dining room the perimeter of the room is darker than the rest of the room (stain sat to long before brushing out)Grit and debris embedded into the finish coats *** *** was contacted today in an emailHis response is that this is "industry standards"We contacted the manufacturer of the floor finish and were informed that it will fail early due alone to this grit embeddedThey also asked us what the weather was like during the sanding and staining operationIt was 100% humidity with severe thunderstormsThe work should have been rescheduledDuring the finish operation, Thomas was doing another job close by and was traveling between jobs to apply coats of finishI feel his clothes were carrying debris from the other job and en
