I went in to Dr [redacted] for a crown placementThe process requires two visit, in which the second visit is scheduled two weeks after the initial for the placement of the crownA day prior to my first appointment, I contacted the dental office of wanting to get the crown work done, but I needed to be assured that all the work will be done by Monday the 15thThe receptionist assured me that it will be completely done the week priorToday I received a call from them, that the crown won't be ready on the date that was promised to meminutes after informing me of the incident, they called me back stating that it will be ready by tomorrow, and that the dentist placed a call to the lab and requested to expedite the order.I no longer trust or want to finish the work under the supervision of this dentistI requested $to be refunded to me, and basically I was rejected due to the initial work doneMy case was never a priority to them until they heard from the lab stating the delay on the crownThis office had days to work on the crown, and the fact that they decided to expedite today makes me question the work on the crown and the trust going back to their dental office
