I am rejecting this response because: we do not owe him any money He never sent us a bill with an explanation of what the charges were for...not a 1st notice, not a 2nd notice, no nothing.Steve Z*** needs to prove this is not another one of his fictitious stories designed to get him out of his guaranteeDoesn't it seem odd that he would send out his touch up crew at all if his guarantee was void? He said to my husband in an email that the work was costing him too much money That's the real reason he isn't standing by his guarantee I have no idea what S*** is talking about regarding a carpenter

It takes a lot to be in the number one spot of horrible customers in all my 30 years. We bent over backwards when we did the job.They wanted the old peeling and cracking house to look perfect for the price of a spot sanding job. Not happy seeing a single crack or saning mark. Impossible to satisfy....
They hired a paint mediator for us to deal with. Another first. We tried as much as possible to make these miserable people happy till all my profit was gone. Then they stiffed me $450. Instead of refusing to go back for my warantee because they voided the contract, I still sent my touch up men back. [Member Name Removed] wouldn't leave them alone for a second. I called [redacted] to tell him she had to leave the painters do their job, but she never would. After a while they begged me to leave. I made them stay to finish the touch ups and this is what I get. A second complaint on [redacted]. She probably forgot about the first one because she is so drunk every day. If we can't make you happy [Member Name Removed], then the problem is with you, not us. Also, my carpenter who everyone loves, after so much torture told her to keep her [redacted] money; $750 worth.
