[redacted] to aid them in recovery of their subrogation claim. The address provided to us by [redacted] was [redacted] with a phone number of ###-###-####. This information was provided to the [redacted] Insured at the scene of the accident. According to our clients file the accident took place on 1-**-16 at approx... 6pm at Centro City and [redacted]. We were advised that Sarah P[redacted] rear ended our client’s vehicle. We mailed a subrogation notice to this address and received mail returned as “[redacted]”. We ran a search on the provided phone # and came back with the current information we have listed as [redacted] [redacted]. This phone # is associated with Sarah P[redacted] AKA Sarah Cannon. We have left messages on the listed phone number but never received a return phone call from Sarah P[redacted] until this past week. Sarah P[redacted] also provided [redacted] with an insurance carrier of USAA policy # [redacted]. We contacted USAA and they advised there was not a policy at the time of loss. As far as we know this is not a fraudulent claim but since we do not have a police report to support the accident we will be closing our file. This is a subrogation tort action and we do not report anything to any of the credit bureaus and we will not contact Sarah P[redacted]-Cannon again. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact us at ###-###-#### and reference our file number [redacted]. Pamela M[redacted], President TGA
