I am writing in response to complaint # [redacted] made by [redacted] In the fall of Mr [redacted] asked for Thomas-Hill Lawncare and Landscaping, LLC to renovate his lawn and provide fertilization servicesWe first aerated and over-seeded his lawn in fall according to industry practices and techniques used by our firm every time with traditionally great resultsMr [redacted] was not satisfied with the work, so we went back to performed the entire job, again in fall of I personally told him that it may take until spring to achieve full germination of the seeds that were put down the second time we over-seeded since it was late in the yearHe understood at that time and we agreed we would be back in the spring to follow up and being the fertilization treatmentsIn the spring of 2015, Mr [redacted] was still not satisfied with the results of his lawnI personally spread topsoil and re-seeded the lawn areas he was not satisfied withAt this time Mr [redacted] was informed that he would need to water the areas frequently/daily, which to my belief, he did not doWe continued with the fertilizer treatments as contracted, which also needed to be watered-in, as Mr [redacted] was informedWe performed two extra seeding’s with top soil at no additional charge to Mr [redacted] He repeatedly called to complain about the services and I personally went to his home every time, the day of the complaints, to address his concernsI am confident Mr [redacted] was not watering, as instructedWhen the lawn began to show signs of stress due to a dry spell because of the weather we were experiencing, Mr [redacted] was informed to increase his watering dailyWe performed the contracted services from the beginning of the spring season until September of 2015, when Mr [redacted] abruptly cancelled the services leaving an unpaid balance for services already performedAfter repeated attempts to settle the issues with the open invoices without a response, we sent his balance to a collection agency to be paid for the services we performedAt that time is when we received a response via a complaint to the Revdex.comI believe that Thomas-Hill Lawncare and Landscaping, LLC went above and beyond for Mr [redacted] The only thing we did want was to be compensated for the contracted work that was performedWe did everything we possibly could to satisfy Mr [redacted] with his lawn, but it seemed as though we were unable to meet his expectations, after going above and beyondSincerely, Brandon [redacted] Owner Thomas-Hill Lawncare and Landscaping, LLC Phone ###-###-####
