After spending almost 8000,on a new mower you would think that writing a check for a part and saying they would be here in three days that you could expect this to be the truth, but call after call, most of the time not returning them and when I was able to reach him he only told me one excuse after another, only when I said I was going to contact the Revdex.com , I received them two weeks later, and they were clearly used , the picture he showed on the response was not them , you could see all the paint was off of the mounting holes and dirty bolts , there are only two bolts per arm to install , this was not the issue, I dont know of anyone that would put used equipment on a new mower of this quality, and after sending them back , more games on the phone, finally getting a reduced refund , I feel that I should not have to pay and inflated shipping bill and pay to return these usded partsThis has caused great stress during difficult times for me
Mr [redacted] was aware that this was a special order and he would be charged a restockiing fee if he chose not to keep his itemWe did not charge him a restocking feeWe refunded Mr [redacted] the cost of the accessoryWe did not however, refund him the shipping from the manufacture to us and from us to him and from him back to usMr [redacted] was unable to figure out how to install the accessory on his machine and while doing so he scratched the accessory with the install bolts and we still refunded the cost of the accessoryHe claims that the accessory was usedThe part was sent to us directly from the manufacturer and was not usedI have also attached an email from the distrubutor that states they do not sell used parts to usMr [redacted] damaged the product and we should not have accepted the returnWe feel that we have went above and beyond to provide very good customer service to Mr [redacted] and to accept his return and to refund him the cost of the part is more than reasonable
