charges for services on [redacted] were charged 3-4 months after service in witch at that time of visit I was told there would be no charge for the 5 minute return trip for a dry socket in witch he sent me home with a couple Q-tips and a dab of ointment in a plastic bag. And now I am being charged 95.00 for. almost 4 Months later with a bill that's over 90 days old first I seen of it was last week also I have a root canal that was done 2 almost 3 years ago I v had problems with and was going to have it pulled out as well would like a refund for work that for some reason could not be done by the DR.
