my room number ** and my cell phone number and asked for [redacted] *** the owner to call me pleaseThis was the second time I had asked for a number or at least a direct address to speak with the owner [redacted] *** the manager would not allow this and I guess she must not have passed on the letter with the cookout for July 4th or even any wifi informationI had been looking into local studio apartments not far from the motel since the second day I was there and other rental not renting rooms with anyone including utilities have had problems since in the area with trying to live safe and people not even respecting your health or any injuries and causing health and recovery to be hindered, worse, and some not not caring about others at all ad this is not me as a person never has been kind, friendly, will speak up the truth, have acquaintances many they are not in my like that or even know me just because I have a five min friendly conversation with a person, and so on been this way all my life and no am not nosy and I have many positive things daily tom work I do not need or want to be nosy this would just hinder my life I love to work and keep busy in a productive positive way daily always have and still do I paid checked in on 06/13/last day was 07/03/I was told is the weekly rate fr room ** I was in or dollars a night the in the refundable key deposit when key is returned Then still not getting in contact with anyone on some rentals on studios or other rentals not having to rent a room including utilities with others renting as well in one houseWhich I had been doing since the second day I rented to try to be in a safe location and or at least safe in living within a houseWhich had been a problem since paying rent since when moving back to the Fredericksburg, area moved at with my ½ year old daughter took a job offer in Maryland after finishing TEST computer and electronics in Alexandria VaI paid another for another weekThen still having too I rented daily at this point paying a day [redacted] *** in room ** is paying per night, I am on disability once a month and still have to be currently right nowI bring in more then most because depending on what she want to do and rents to a person if she wants to rent to them or couple and this is a motel I paid a total of At what I should have been charged was a day I should have paid for trip [redacted] had to take to the funeral home and when I got back your were not there to my knowledgeNow one day you came by this was before I started having any problems there with [redacted] about anything at all had only been there day s and I made a positive comment on the hotel being an old one well kept not many repairs needed at all and the old historic places are so very well insulated so nobody can hear a thing music or nothing even if it was way up real loud disturbing people, which it was not and I asked [redacted] if any customers had complained which I knew they had not and she said NO and I said I already knew that because I made sure it was too loud walked out into the parking lot if I had my door open and asked the man next door and [redacted] *** in [redacted] they can not hear anything and did not even know I had music playing in my room OH but [redacted] walks by the doors I guess and hear a son she does not like I guess and NO I was not playing any offensive music some of the others gathered close to my room door and asked if I could turn the music up just a little so they could hear it and the one woman in room was right outside on her cell phone playing music and three others [redacted] and a girl staying in room never seen [redacted] as soon as I walked out my room to have a cigarette here she comes charging telling IN YOUR ROOM This is the woman on the 5th day I was there ntoiced her when she walked by my room that night had my door open and asked me if she could get a cigerette from me and she wouild give it back did not recognize me at first but she was the woman pout woman put out of another hotel who caused trouble by staying in other peoples rooms telling them knights end was going to get her back in a room as soon as one is open and putting her bags one room had an infant girl in the room I was a wittness even tried to talk to her because the infants mom asked me too and told her she could not spend the nght in their room and she was ignoring the infanta mom and would not leave out the room at alA few other people got into trouble and she turned around and lied to people as well causing some more trouble Well the next Day uis when I started getting yelled at by [redacted] *** accusing me of all kinds of crazy nonsense I was looking at her wondering what else was she drinking besides Alcahol and she had the nerve to call me [redacted] *** and say I owed her moneyThe police officer I called on the 02/13/was for a report I needed to do then [redacted] is in the room and Yes I agreed to her ecords as in how much she charged me and how much I had geven herBut nothing else nor di I say anything but I was then cut off by the police and [redacted] got even worse thenI told the officer do something about the people who are doing the wrong towards others and stop over looking them or making excuses as if they are not doing anything hurtful to other people or causing them trouble with their liesI speak the truth and I have started telling city police this every single on of them speaking up against whomever has been lying bout me spreading gossip people actual think is true makes no sense how anyone couild just believe the no common sense lies being told around this area bout some peopleI do not have the time to waste can stand gossip and do not feed into it I will out a person a three way and find out what the is going on question the both of them if I have to and end lies really quick or childish gossip games I have more productive positive things to do in my life and I always have for real and still This letter is in response to Revdex.com case #***Thomas Jefferson is a small motel with rooms, in close proximityWe try to provide a comfortable atmosphere equally for all guests staying at the motel by discouraging loitering, loud music and potential
arguments.
*** *checked into our motel on June 13th, She paid $for a weekIf she was not satisfied at the time, she could have easily asked for an immediate refund, but she did notRather, she continued to stay for days and now is requesting a refund for over weeks for which I do not understand
During her stay, we had many complaints against her such disturbing other guests, knocking on other customer's doors, asking for money, playing loud music and just overall aggravating everyone around herShe even sent me a letter on July 1st, offering to illegally provide the motel with wifi because she wanted it in her room for herselfI have submitted a copy of her letter for your reviewFurther, if she was so dissatisfied, why is she having parties on July 4th as she states in her letter??? Note she never indicates having ANY type of problems with *** or the motel in her letter
In conclusion, it is very clear *** is merely trying to get money form the motel by making claimsWhy did she never try to get a refund if she was so dissatisfied? Also, she was making long term plans for having wifi and hosting parties in our motelFrom her letter to the Revdex.com, it is evident that she is confused and has personal issues and there is no substance to her claimsI am able to provide you with supporting statements from the manager *** and those other guests still remaining at the motel, upon request which indicate the problems she was causingSo her request for a refund of $is denied and our records show that she still owes $to the motel, which is outstanding and due

Then still not getting in contact with anyone on some rentals on studios or other rentals not having to rent a room including utilities with others renting as well in one house. Which I had been doing since the second day I rented to try to be in a safe location and or at least safe in living within a house. Which had been a problem since paying rent since 2009 when moving back to the Fredericksburg, area moved at 22 with my 1 ½ year old daughter took a job offer in Maryland after finishing TEST computer and electronics in Alexandria Va. I paid another 240.00 for another week. Then still having too I rented daily at this point paying 40.00 a day.

Review: Upon Checking and paying first weekly rate of 245.00 and 5.00 key deposit. Was told this would be a safe motel to stay with certain injuries and damage to my nervious system from severe domestic violence by ex-husband in Maryland. Friendly person there is a terminally ill man in room ** with cancer enjoyed haveing morning cofee and chating a bit and a cigarette lifting spirits. Constantly being yelled at to stay away from door ** do stand out front of the door yet [redacted] had not complaints, no vehicle he drove me a very short way to do laundry called and he picked up long walk with a load of laundry especially in beating down sun due to inujuries and some tests and health issues was a problem. [redacted] was aware but was constantly running me in up in my room just for say High how are to the man renting two coming home from work even accusing me of just walking into his room, yelling two inches away from my face in my room bogarding her way in after knocking on my door, others do not stand up and speak the truth or say anything and pay their earned money and just put up with it. Lying to police almost getting a womnas husband arressted who was not fighting, harrassing people knocking on doors telling them they had to stop by front office before they visit at a room lying to police about me being and causing trouble bet if asked they all may admit to her running me in my room all the time as in be a hermit, smoke up your room then lying and saying she did nothing turning people away with open room some because they heard her wrong others some sort of bugaboo of her just did not want making others out to be trouble when she is the trouble. In my room yelling her face two inches in frontm of mine THIS IS MY HOTEL oh ok so this is how yiou treat customers other customers one named [redacted] telling her she is runnning everyone away. Saying people are doing prostitution accusing me of allowing people to stay all night in my room when I had not I am open and honest if a person was going she would know.Desired Settlement: [redacted] needs to be held accountable for her lies and her actions and tell the owner [redacted] whom I gave my cell phone number too [redacted] to give to him and ask him to call me he never called. [redacted] tel [redacted] how you are the lier really not me and other customers, you also lie to customers, [redacted] needs to tell the city police no one was fighting outside the one night and [redacted] did not cause trouble or lie to her or anyone and is not a lier a good customer and she is really the lier

This letter is in response to Revdex.com case #[redacted]. Thomas Jefferson is a small motel with 15 rooms, in close proximity. We try to provide a comfortable atmosphere equally for all guests staying at the motel by discouraging loitering, loud music and potential arguments.

[redacted]. checked into our motel on June 13th, 2014. She paid $245.00 for a week. If she was not satisfied at the time, she could have easily asked for an immediate refund, but she did not. Rather, she continued to stay for 21 days and now is requesting a refund for over 2 weeks for which I do not understand.

During her stay, we had many complaints against her such disturbing other guests, knocking on other customer's doors, asking for money, playing loud music and just overall aggravating everyone around her. She even sent me a letter on July 1st, 2014 offering to illegally provide the motel with wifi because she wanted it in her room for herself. I have submitted a copy of her letter for your review. Further, if she was so dissatisfied, why is she having parties on July 4th as she states in her letter??? Note she never indicates having ANY type of problems with [redacted] or the motel in her letter.

In conclusion, it is very clear [redacted] is merely trying to get money form the motel by making FALSE claims. Why did she never try to get a refund if she was so dissatisfied? Also, she was making long term plans for having wifi and hosting parties in our motel. From her letter to the Revdex.com, it is evident that she is confused and has personal issues and there is no substance to her FALSE claims. I am able to provide you with supporting statements from the manager [redacted] and those other guests still remaining at the motel, upon request which indicate the problems she was causing. So her request for a refund of $450.00 is denied and our records show that she still owes $55.00 to the motel, which is outstanding and due.
