Hi, The client, [redacted] did have an appointment that was rescheduled a few times due to unforeseen circumstances at the time of booking her appointment We strive to make our customers happy and would have called her to make arrangements to reschedule or refund but client decided to go to social media outlets instead.Although our website states 'no refunds' there are circumstances where we do honor a refund and we will be processing Jennifer's refund this weekWe thank you for following up on this issueBarbie

I received a call from ***, who works at the office of Thomas John, yesterday morning. Between a glitchy phone system and my emails not being received, they had not received the multitude of messages that I had left for them regarding my reading. There was no
fault on the office of Thomas John for the lack of receiving my calls and emails. It was circumstances that were beyond anyone's control. After my conversation with ***, who was very professional , understanding, and kind, I feel that this case has been resolved. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved

Thomas John has againeailed that he will refund me - this is the fourth time he has said this with no
payment receivedThis time he has said that his lawyer says I have to sign a legal agreement saying that this closes the transaction and also a gagging order saying that I will not put any online reviews about him or have any media contact about himHe has not sent me any draft legal wording in relation to thisI responded saying I would gladly sign something on receipt of a full refund of my money, which he has had for a year, confirming the transaction is closed, but I said I would not sign a gagging orderHe has not repliedI forwarded Revdex.com the emails atvhe time

Client provided a blurry photo that was unable to be read by assistant nor manager. Assistant asked client for a clearer photo in which client reportedly yelled at assistant and hung up on assistant. Assistant also reports that the client has an assortment of names they go by which creates more confusion to the office.  Assistant tried to call client back in which she did not respond. Office was unable to move forward with this matter due to client being non-compliant. A few days later the client finally sent a clearer photo that still appears to not be a authorized credit card bill to both assistant and office manager. Office manager sent refund check to client on 3/**/17 even though the office can still not find any evidence that client purchased item.
