I went to this office based on another dentist's recommendation and had a new crown designed and seated. The staff and dentist were very accommodating problems arose after a second tooth cracked and I spoke to his wife who was extremely rude. So when I needed to transfer to a new dentist due to insurance coverage it couldn't have come at a better time.
I was told by the new dentist that the crown that [redacted] made was built short leaving a small margin for decay to build and needed to be replaced. I believed at this time that [redacted] had completed his job in a professional manner leaving me to believe the dentist just wanted the extra money. However, I moved and needed to change dentists once again and this dentist also told me the crown needed replaced due to this margin - two doctors can't be wrong. I contacted [redacted]'s office and spoke to his wife. She was condescending and disrespectful as she was the last time I spoke to her prior to changing dentists. She told me the only way they would help is if I made the 1,400 mile trip to their office.
The only reason this crown needs replaced is because of the original prep work causing this margin. I believe that [redacted] should have caught it at the time the crown was seated. The crown is perfect in every other way but this margin.
