I am rejecting this response because I emailed her less than two weeks for a refund and explained that he is allergic and cannot have a dogShe's running a puppy mill and only cares about the money at this point and isn't following best business practice

I sold a puppy to this woman and she has complained repeatedly about the puppy . She refuses to return the puppy for a full refund. Instead she says she will give the puppy to
rescue. We can find another loving home for the puppy if she will just return it. I try to please everyone , but she is impossible to work with . I will give a complete refund for the return of this puppy

Deposit is Non Refundable. in her own words her son has never tested for allergies and has no allergies the dog that he was exposed to MAY have been wearing cologne or maybe it was something totally un related and they are just assuming it was the dog?people think of all kinds of ways to cancel therefore we put this statement on our website so they can read it and be aware its a NO REFUND POLICY.. this person can use the deposit for any purchase within a YEAR from date of deposit.Thanks ***

We also included a 5 generation pedigree showing all ancestors. This is our standard procedure.
The price is not reflective of which Registry is used... its based on quality, coloring, sex, and overall appearance. We as breeders choose the registry company we prefer to use. All provide the same authenticity and purebred status. Im sorry the customer is unhappy. We sell Companion Pets, and our emphasis is on quality and healthy puppies.
