Air Co do not want to admit that they didn't fix my air First the wall and furniture was hot now another excuse I can't afford to have someone else at this time to look at the air I gave air co $As I said before I am a senior citizen with a limit income ***

I feel that Air Co took advantage of a black senior citizen.  The air condition was not to small for the house .The air has been cooling in the past summers without difficulty.  Today 8-14 the house only cooling about average of 15%.  It don't take a genius to know it doesn't take a week to cool a house  By air co telling me the wall and furniture so hot it take days to cool  bunch of baloney.  It take only about a hour to cool the house.

Informed customer that A/C is only 1 1/2 ton. 18,000 BTU's.Outdoor temperature was in the 90 degree. A/C had not been working for a couple of days. Alot of extra heat load in home. Told customer it would take a couple of days to cool home down.7/30/2015 - Rechecked A/C found operating okay. Temp in home was 77 degrees. When I left home on 7/29/2015 temp in home was 88 degrees. Unit was cooling home. AC had cooled home down 10-11 degrees in 24 hours.
