Our prospect applied and was approved for her home in our community in May. She then canceled her move to our community. Her deposit check was applied to the home at approval. Our prospect called and said she noticed it had been cashed in...

October and asked if we could refund the check. She was refunded the full amount of $300.00 check number 2404.

I do not accept the response because it took from June of 2015 to Dec of 2015 to get this matter resolved. The check was cashed on June 2nd of 2015 and it took me calling multiple times a week for almost 7 months to get this taken care of. So as far as the money being refunding I will accept the $300 check and for go the bank fee that resulted from this check. I would like a letter or something that I can send to the credit bureau stating that this money was taken in error on their behalf and should have never gone through. I would like them to send this letter asap to me. I would also suggest that they have a manager that is in the office or that will actually return phone calls.
