I moved from Massachusetts to Arizona and needed someone to unload four moving containers. I contacted Thomas Logistics,LLC. He was very accommodating. We setup an appointment time which I had to keep changing do to the containers not arriving when expected. He came out within in hour of me calling him to let him know the containers were on the way. They unloaded and set up furniture where I wanted. The gentlemen he has working with him are very professional and do excellent work as well as Thomas himself. I highly recommend Thomas Logistics,LLC for your moving needs.

Thomas Logistics made my move such a breeze! The owner/manager was always available by phone and when he wasn't he called back soon after. He was patient and answered all of my questions. The quote that he gave along with the website information was accurate and there were no hidden or surprise fees! The rates are reasonable and the service you get is beyond superb. The two movers who came were personable and efficient. They were friendly and worked hard to get all of my belongings out with care. They were also intentional about making sure I was aware of the little things (prescriptions left in a drawer, picture found behind a TV stand, asking me to take a picture of my bed frame so I knew where the screws belonged once it was put back together, etc.).

I highly recommend this company! I have no complaints about anything and am super satisfied with the service and personnel.

The two men were professional and did a wonderful job of packing up my Mom's house in the Bay Area CA and getting to her new place in AZ the next day. Nothing was broken and they set up her bed, etc on the other end. Highly recommend!

Thomas Logistics has my highest recommendation. They were on time even texting an hour before arriving giving a heads up. The crew was professional, got right to work, and handled my belongings with care. They were helpful and went out of their way to exceed expectations. I plan to hire them again within the next few weeks for another move.

The mobile painter has acquired the materials.  He will be painting the clients safe on Saturday, January 11th.  We apologize the the delay.

This is the 2nd time I've used Thomas Logistics for my moves...

They were on time, friendly, professional and more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the service.

I plan on using them again. Prompt, professional, and hard working. They showed up at the agreed time, on the dot! And started working the second I told them what to move. Got it done much faster than I had planned and budgeted for. Took incredible care in wrapping all the furniture. Nice to see people who hustle rather than play the clock game. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

This keeps going on and on with no repair, I still don't have my safe repaired. The damage to the safe was caused by the security screen door which is torn from the safe (has pictures). Security screen door was only 2 weeks old. [redacted] was told about the security screen door also. My vacation is now over so I will not be able to baby sit the repair onsite. This is why [redacted] was given the deadline for the repair and hence the complaint to Revdex.com. To resolve this complaint I would like to have the safe taken by a qualified safe moving company to NuImage body and paint in Tempe where they can repair the safe and then have the save moving company return the safe to my residence and put it where I originally wanted the safe placed. The security screen door needs to be replaced.

color together to match the safe.  It is an older safe from 1997 therefore the color has to be possibly mixed.  We didn't have the safe repaired in the time frame that Mr. [redacted] wanted and he is not happy.  

 This is my first time hearing of any screen door damages.  Once again I apologize for any inconveniences the scratched safe has caused my client.  Unsatisfied customers is not the reputation of our business at Thomas Logistics, LLC.  We greatly appreciate the business of Mr. [redacted] and we will be repairing his safe as soon as possible.

We thought the hardest thing about a move from our home of 40 years in California to Sun Lakes, Arizona would be finding a mover. Wrong. It absolutely was the easiest of the entire experience. Jamal of Thomas Logistics, LLC drove from Arizona to California, packed us up and delivered our goods back to our new home in Arizona in a day and a half. Jamal is absolutely the ultimate business man, honest, reliable, reasonable, no surprises and no breakage whatsoever! We hired Jamal a second time a year later to move from a townhouse in Arizona to a house. Once again, honest, reliable, fair. Always on time and curteous! I would highly recommend Jamal of Thomas Logistics!

Jaamal and Cliff were awesome, wrapped everything and packed the truckin a short period of time, I highly recommend Thomas logistics!

Our children had to leave at a moments notice in order to head to Oregon for jobs! My husband and I were left behind to make sure everything went as planned to get their belongings to them in a timely manner. These guys worked fast, safely and once I was how they wrapped their leather couch, they had my complete confidence. Not only am I assured that the items that they packed would get their unharmed but I am also completely impressed with how much of they were able to put in a tiny little cube. I highly recommend these guys to everyone!!! Respectful and diligent should be their motto!!

One word: PROFESSIONAL!! My previous movers had bailed, so at the last minute we reached out to Mr. T[redacted] who was available within 4 days (at peak moving season), kept me updated every step of the way, and was always on time (early actually!)

All items were cautiously wrapped and arrived intact across state lines. They also helped me re-position items several times after delivery. I will be using Thomas Logistics again at the next move!

Review: Contracted moving company to move a gun safe. During the move from one residence to another a security screen door was torn at one residence and the safe's mirror finish was extensively damaged. Thomas Logistics has promised to repair the safe to an I damaged state but has failed to do so. I would like safe repaired to original condition and the security screen door replaced. I have video footage of how the company moved the safe and it was very unprofessional.Desired Settlement: I want the security screen door replaced and the gun safe either repaired or replaced. This gun safe weights about 700 pounds and will require transport to a repair facility. Transport one direction is $300.00. Thomas Logistic will not be allowed to transport the safe again, this will be handled by a professional safe moving company.

I had never hired a moving company before and was nervous after listening to horror stories but Thomas Logistics immediately calmed my anxiety. I was VERY IMPRESSED with their professionalism, promptness and respect for my belongings.

The best!! The guys came early, were very professional and courteous. I will definitely use them again!!! I wish I could use them to move my belongings from [redacted] back to[redacted]. Great company to do business with!!!

Absolutely fantastic service! The crew showed up on time, were polite, and very careful with all of my things. Thomas did a great job disassembling and wrapping bulky and fragile furniture and no items were damaged. They worked very hard from 9 AM till Midnight to make sure the job got done! I definitely recommend them.
