I would like it noted that I ask Mr *** not reach out to me I did not want to discuss my complaint I just wanted a refund. My spouse and I are working with his attyI could not reach Mr *** for months when he was suppose to be representing me! I want a refund of 1500.00, I paid $and was in is office timesThe one agreement his office typed was incorrect.I feel $should more then cover his timeOnce I receive payment of I will be satisfiedMr*** has harassed me repeadly since filing with BB, obviously his reputation is more important then representing his client

no knowledge of said complaint being filed but that you suspected that perhaps your mother had filed it.As I explained to you your mother is not my client - you are and that I had done exactly what you had asked me to do in your divorce case.Specifically, I prepared and filed your verified Response and Counter Petition with the [redacted] Family Court and I prepared and forwarded to your husband's attorney, [redacted], the “Marital Settlement Agreement' you requested. Copies of said pleadings and correspondence are enclosed herein,When I called Mr. [redacted] to confirm that he had received the Agreement, etc. he verified that he had but that his client had not signed it because he believed that the two of you were going to reconcile,When you confirmed in our October 12, 2016 telephone conversation that you were going to reconcile I was shocked based upon what you had confided in me previously.Of course you never called my office to advise us that you were getting back together, Mr. [redacted] and I talked and agreed that we would file the necessary motion to dismiss if indeed you and Mr. [redacted] are reconciling.
