Review: I began filing my taxes with [redacted] in March 2013. I signed my tax documents on May 23, 2013 and it has been 3 months and I still not have received my tax return. [redacted] has repeatedly told that my refund will arrive next week, and I have yet to receive it. I phoned the IRS August 2, 2013, and the IRS said they had nothing in my file stating that they had received my documents.Desired Settlement: That [redacted] completes the services he was paid for.

I have spoken with the client and he is aware that the international income is the issue at hand.

The return was filed in May and rejected because of the international income.

The client and I are working together to work with the government to reslove this issue.

We should have a satisfactory outcome with the government within 30 days.

Review: I've been using this CPA for 7 years. Numerous times I have tried contacting Donald T[redacted] to get my 2013 tax return refilled because it was prepared incorrectly. He either fails to return my emails or phone calls or responds saying he will take care of it only for me to be ignored and I never hear back from him. I paid for the service and it wasn't properly filed causing me a loss in tax return income and am tired of making attempts since February this year only to be ignored. The last I heard was the excuse "due to Obama care the IRS has laid off 40% of it's employees so it's very hard to get anything processed right now". So that means I have no grounds to re-file? Last I knew the IRS hadn't been dissolved.Desired Settlement: I want my 2013 tax return re-filed correctly within a reasonable amount of time. I don't think it's a lot to ask.
