I hired him to pour concrete and to build a she shed for my wife. The concrete was not leveled and the construction of the build failed the city's inspection twice. He has not contacted me in over a month to rectify his faulty work. I am now in the process of tearing down the construction and having it rebuilt correctly. I would not recommend him to anyone. I will now have to go to small claims court to resolve the financial matter.

I hired Mr. Kerry T., owner of Thomas Masonry to do a project at my home approximately 2-3 weeks ago. The project consisted of pouring concrete connected to my existing carport, which would later be framed into a room. Mr. T. and I discussed the project and came up with a cost considering all materials needed. On 25 May 2020 Mr. T and his crew came to my home and began the project, but according to him he did not realize what he needed, specifically in the amount of dirt. That Monday and Tuesday he did 'some' work but 2 days went by and I communicated to Mr. T. that as the customer and client I needed to be informed of the project's process. Mr. T. told me that he didnt think he needed to keep me informed and that my project would be completed NLT Monday 1 June 2020. However on Saturday 30 May 2020 a gentlemen was sent to my home, apparently given my project by Mr. T., to frame and pour the concrete. Mr. T.' nephew was also a part of this. I was not privy to this change nor afforded the opportunity to decide if I wanted this to happen or not. Thgis gentleman named Terrance was also the person whom we paid half of the total project. Since this time till now my project is still horribly built and has several structural flaws, some of which may effect weight bearance. I have several pictures that show the flaws and I also have communicated to these men that they broke a timer which I had on my water faucet, of which Mr. T.' nephew had promised to fix, but did not. This company does not deserve a star rating at all, however this review challenges me to leave at least 1 star.

DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR*** (NO STARS but had to give it 1 star to submit) Contracted with this company/individual (aka Kerry Thomas of Columbus, GA) for installation of a concrete storm shelter. Contractor took $6,000 from us and never completed work (however he did create a dangerous situation for us at our home). We took him to court and received a judgement however he has never made an effort to pay any portion of restitution. Company/Individual also have other pending civil litigation matters - as well as other collections in their history. (Found this out too late!)
