Review: I Hired Rob Thomas of Thomas Mechanical LLC to replace a Smart 50 water tank on 6-5-2013. He replaced tank with a new tank. He removed the old tank which was still under warranty and said he would bring it to [redacted] They are one of the authorized return center for the Smart 50 hydro water tank. I called [redacted] directly in the month of August to see if they had given Rob Thomas a check in the amount of $1250.00 which Thomas Mechanical LLC was suppose to forward to us as agreed to on June 5, 2013. My wife spoke to [redacted] in the purchasing/refund department at [redacted] They told my wife that they had issued a check to Thomas Mechanical LLC on July 5,2013. I along with my wife have called ###-###-#### Rob Thomas of Thomas Mechanical LLC several times 10+ and left several messages asking him to refund us the amount of $1250.00 which was stated on our invoice [redacted] dated 6-5-2013. As of today September 14th, 2013 we still have not received our check or any return phone calls. My wife called him during the month of August and (he/Rob Thomas) did tell her that Thomas Mechanical LLC only received a check for $1150.00 from [redacted] and he was going to check why they hadn't sent the full $1250.00 to him and he would be get back to my wife the next day. (he only told my wife that he received the check from [redacted] after she told him that they sent him a check) Which again was suppose to be refunded to us once Thomas Mechanical LLC received check from [redacted]Desired Settlement: Desired Settlement- refund Thomas Diglio the amount of $1250.00 which Thomas Mechanical LLC agreed to as stated on our invoice [redacted] dated 6-5-2013. As of today September 14th, 2013 we still have not received our check or any return phone calls. WE WOULD LIKE OUR REFUND CHECK OF$1250.00 SENT THIS WEEK Sept 14th,2013. Please advise what the process is for getting our money owed to us... is it is well over 2 months since it was suppose to be refunded.
