Hello *** When you came in to rent the car you were here for about hour trying to set up your insurance to rent the carAfter you went through all that trouble I noticed that your temporary paper license expired in daysYou told me that you would be getting your card in the mail
soon so I gave you the benefit of the doubt to help the situation and let you take the car as long as you sent us a copy of your license when it comes, to which you agreedYou made the decision yourself to rent the car for a monthI did advise you it would be cheaper as our weekly rates were higher and that is why you chose to do a month. You did not mention any issues with the car until after I informed you about our no refund policyI also exchanged the car without any questions about the problems that you mentioned about the carThe car has been sent to the mechanic and they have found nothing wrong with the car. We are a small company and summer time is the busiest time of the year forus. When you came to exchange the car I agree we did not have many cars on the lotI gave you the best car that we had at the momentI would have liked to give you a newer model but we did not have any. I showed you the car had a factory alarm and how to disable it in case it does go offWhen you called about the alarm we had newer cars on the lot and I told you if you come in we can give you a new car for no extra charge, we even held one for you. When you came back to our office you didn't give me a chance to show you the car you said you just wanted to returnI did what was in my power to help you, by offering free extra days for your license issue and a free upgradeIt was clear to me that the only thing that would satisfy you was a refund, which is against our policyIt is unfortunate we were not able to come to an agreement.
