*** *** was at our Grande Prairie location, 9515-Street in Grande Prairie AB, on April She had her oil changed that day at XXXXX KM
April 20, she then drove to Williams Lake B.Cwhere her father noticed the car was smoking so they checked under the hood and noticed oil on the engineHe checked the oil level and it was low so he added some oil, and drove the vehicle directly to *** *** There it was found the gasket on the canister filter had failed causing the leak
*** *** then informed us didn't have a replacement in stock, and they would have to order it in and have it arrive the following day
He and his daughter rented a hotel room for the night while they waited for the part to arriveHe called myself *** *** Area Manager) and I took down all the informationI let him know we would be contacting the dealership first thing in the morning to get further details and would keep him informedI then passed along all information to *** who would be looking after it, as I was leaving the country on vacation the following day
*** called *** *** the following morning, and it was found with replacing the oil filter and gasket, the vehicle's problem had been resolved
Lube City also supplies a warranty, which is on the back of the oil change invoice(Attached is a scan of the back of the invoice)As per the warranty, Lube City does not cover extra's relating to any warranty work
In the eyes of good customer service, Lube City could have agreed to rent a vehicle for this customer to get to and from work had we known a vehicle was needed to get to workA regular car rental for this time period would be $a dayAs per a sign of good faith and for the prolonged inconvenience of having to spend the night in the hotel we would be willing to reimburse for a car rental cost and the cost of the original oil change, and also the replacement part as well as installation

Further clarification on the drive from Grande Prairie, Alberta to Williams Lake, BCI am the *** owner and was driving with my husband in our other vehicleOur daughter was driving the ***When the *** was in Williams Lake waiting for parts to arrive, our family had to stay in a hotel overnight until the parts came in the next dayThere were of us that lost wages as we had to stay overnightWe could not use a rental car to go to work as we all work in Abbotsford, BC and could not get there as our *** was not fixedMy desired resolution still stands at $

Review: I am not sure if the staff on site that day were seasonal hires, or 'in a particularly bad mood' that day but I had unfortunately experienced what I can honestly claim was the most disrespectful, rude, and above all unprofessional service by the associates that were working at that PINK retail location on December [redacted], 2013. I had purchased 3 traveller slim fit shirts as well as 2 extra slim shirts that were not marked down that day. I had left my purchases at the counter with the associate (whom later would not provide her name) described as female, black hair, height around 5'2" and ethnicity assumed to be Latin-American. After doing a last minute look around near the tie section of that particular store, I had returned to the counter to pick up my merchandise. At that point, a different associate claimed that there was no merchandise that had been left by the counter. Mind you, this had taken place over the course of less than 15 minutes. The associate that I had left the merchandise with was nowhere to be found and after inquiring about her whereabouts, I was informed that "she had left for the night." I was outraged as this was downright criminal as I had purchased the items and did not even get a receipt as I believed they had put it with my purchases inside the bag. Having paid for the merchandise in cash I also had no way to prove that they had effectively stolen my merchandise. Not knowing what to do next I am contacting the Revdex.com with the hopes of getting this issue resolved. Having spent over $500 USD that day, I feel I have been a victim of criminal negligence.I have reached out to their customer service team to no avail. I have never encountered anything of this sort in my life and to have this occur to me at a quality establishment such as PINK's is surprising to say the least. I am not sure if I am to give the associates the benefit of the doubt but I would like to get this issue resolved some way, some how as soon as possible. Please help! Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would like recourse in the form of a full refund for the payment rendered for goods/services never receieved. I can file a police report with the New York Police Department (NYPD) if necessary. Please advise. Thak you.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Thomas Pink regarding complaint ID [redacted]. This issue is becoming more and more frustrating as their customer service department has not been very helpful in this regard. Their sole liaison for the United States has been uncooperative in that attempts to get this issue resolved outside of this Revdex.com inquiry have been unsuccessful. I appreciate the effort your team is putting in to see that this issue gets addressed. Much appreciated.
