Revdex.com,I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaintFor your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Response to case # [redacted] ? I have attached phone records and text messagesAs you can see on the statement by Thomas plumbing it does not mention any sewer line being cut OR removed from my property.? The tech can state how bad the case was, or how many roots there are ..which does not matter as I was given a quote for $+ $for a toilet waxI was not contacted by the company again until AFTER my year old daughter had gotten home to find grown men in our homeI was never once given another estimate, only reason I signed the paperwork was to get the men out of my home as I am a single mother with daughters at home and these men had taken over our home without consentSince I had not been given any info on pipes being removed or mention of a different price ? I assumed I would be paying the quoted price, when they were leaving I signed just to get them out of my home and keep my girls and me safeI then called my father who was furious at the disgracefully behavior of the companyI have also spoke with others who state it was illegal for the original plumber to allow the other plumbers into my home without consent! It is not ok that my year old daughter goes home to a house with men in it when I was unaware that was even still there! That is dangerousI do not know these people! Nor was I asked if they had permission to enter my residenceNo complaint was made to the plumbers as I was in shock and nervous with just me and my daughters in my home, I just wanted them out of my house as they had no consent to be there in the first place and I was in disgust of the behavior and then the bill to be presented as they are leaving my house with no water hooked up for my children or I to use the toilet, shower, or even get a drink of water!!!!!!Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: There is no excuse for this businesses behavior in this whole situationI called them out to my house for a plumbing issueI am no expert nor do I know what the issue isI was given a quote for $If the business actually called they did NOT leave a voicemail, nor is it registered on my phone logs that the call was ever receivedThe plumber then works for hours longer with other men in my homeThis does not follow the rules of businessIt is wrong and disgraceful on behalf of Thomas plumbingThere is no excuse for their behaviorThomas plumbing should be liable for the cost of replacing the plumbing they removed from my home without consent, that I had to pay another company to replace (materials and man hours)Sincerely, [redacted]
