We installed a fence at *** ** *** ** in Plainfield, IL back on November 11, for a Ms Mary ***.We were informed in the spring of of some boards needing placed. At that timewe sent a crew out to the property to do the necessary repairs but was turned away by Ms***She said
the boards were not identical to the ones on her fence.This was an ongoing situation and in late 2017, Matt *** and Mike Keefe, the owner of The Cedar Mill, Inc., spoke and agreed to a $refund for the inconvenience. A check was mailed to Mr*** at the address on *** *tand at that time, we considered this matter closed

Mike has contacted Ms*** about this issue We have scheduled a crew to be at her house tomorrow, July 11th, to complete her fence instalation

The damage reported by Mr. [redacted] was not done by our crew. After we were informed of the issue, we spoke to our crews and we were told that there were quarter sized divets all over the driveway, walkway to the front door and the walkway to the side of the house. There is no way any of our...

equipment could have caused this type of damage. None of our equipment was ever on the sidewalks.  Mike [redacted] did now shop up unannounced to the residence. We went to the home to look at the area of fencing that needed to be done around the AC unit.   In regards to another job that was mentioned in his complaint, that job has been completed and paid in full. That customer is 100% happy with their project.  We ask for final and full payment on this project..
