On may I called United Locksmith because my Key fob was not workingWhen the tech showed up to fix my key ot took him bout ten minutesWhen I tried my key in the ignition it worked just fine but when I went to pull the key out it was stuckWhen I told the tech he told me it was because it was a new keyI realized the sides were not closed all the wayWhen I told the tech he took another forty minutes to tell me that he couldnt get it to close and that he needed to make a new oneThis one was not a jeep fob it has two extra buttons that my car does not come withYesterday I called the united locksmith and let them know that my key is not working, it is saying that the key is not programmedThe tech supervisor called me and told that it was not his faultAfter I explained I just purchased a 320$ key from them less than days ago!
