I'm trying to ensure that my contract is not automatically renewedI've spent WEEKS leaving messages on the business phone, sending emails to someone named *** and sending faxes in an attempt to reach a human beingAll I get is a recorded message asking me to leave another messageCompletely unsatisfactory! I suspect they are trying to ignore my attempts to discontinue service
Bulldawg Total Lawn Care is the absolute worst business I have ever dealt withTheir prices seem reasonable, but it doesn't take long to discover that the services you are paying for will not be renderedFrom the very beginning of our contract, I began having issues with Bulldawg not showing up to our house, yet I was still being chargedWhen I called to discuss the issue, I was told that they "forgot to put us on the schedule." No effort was made to make up for the missed visit at allThis was not the only time that this happened eitherI was forced to call and inquire about when I would receive another visit quite a few times over the course of our contractAt one point, I called to update my information because I had received a new debit cardI was not past due, and the woman on the phone thanked me for my prompt updateThe very next day charges of dollars were taken out of my accountI contacted Bulldawg again to resolve the issueThey promised to correct the charges and call me back the next dayI did not get a call backWhat I did get was ANOTHER charge of dollarsI called againAgain, I was promised a call back and reversal of the paymentsIt still did not happenOver a week later and after more phone calls, I finally received my money backI was not offered any other compensation for the inconvenienceI have FINALLY finished my contract with this company and I cannot be more glad that it is overI am not usually one to complain; however, this business did not hold up their end of the contract whatsoeverNever again will I ever do business with themI hope that I am able to at least warn a few people about their "service."
