I had two vehicles that were vandalized go in [redacted] This company had both vehicles for over three weeks the cleaning and disinfection of both vehicles was never completedThe body shops that finally received the vehicles from this company to conduct the repairs advised me that there was still [redacted] in the vehiclesOne vehicle had to go back for a second time so the seats could be cleaned and the second one I have told MPI that I will not send it back I will clean it myself

I brought my Jeep Wrangler to Thomas restoration due to a rodent claimWhen I picked up the jeep I picked it up with a friend and noticed that the jeep looked exactly the way it did before mpi picked it up from my house, the seat pouches had mice droppings and chewed up paper, the floors and seats looked like they were quickly vaccumed and the dash was quickly wiped downI was not impressed because I'm allergic to rodents and my chest was immediately tightening up so I went back inside the Thomas office to complainThey brought the jeep back inside the shop to give it another quick vaccum and wipe downI had a friend drive my jeep home for me since I didn't trust their work and till this day I can't sit in my own jeep without coughing, sneezing and breaking out into hivesThanks for nothing Thomas, just a huge waste of mpi money, *** I went as far as asking Thomas to see pictures of the work they did like removing seats and whatnot but they "couldn't find them"
I'm now forced to sell my jeep that I loved so much and am also working with my lawyer to sue this *** business ***

I had a rodent infestation problem with my car and Thomas Restoration was one of the few options on the MPI list
They took my car in the end of August for the infestation problemAfter weeks they have contacted me saying that the car was ready
When I went to pick up my car I have noticed "many" scratches on the door panels, the plastic covers inside the car and the dashboardI also noticed few plastic parts missing such as the door handle capsA bolt was also missing from the door handleAll door panels were not fit properly and also the plastic trims inside the car
Of course I did not pick up the car on that date and needed to go back home because they needed to order the parts they have damaged and the ones they lost in the middle of the process
I went back few more times after that because every time I went to pick up the car there was something else missing or not fixedThat includes the usb connector under the arm rest and the back door lock that wasn't hooked
Around all door panels they left scratches of screw-driversThey did not take care at all to dismount the parts
After three months going back and forward with the owner of the shop, he told me that I needed to sign the mpi paperwork to get paid
A week later a bolt fell off my dashboard because they did not screw it tight enoughI have no idea how it is under the panels because they are all covered
By the way, it is a relatively new car (2012)
I took it to mpi for re-inspection and they saw all the scratches they left in the carThe person has indicated me that the owner told them that the person in charge of fixing my car has been fired
My question is: Does that solve my problem?
If I go after them to paint all the scratches and change the entire dash because of the scratches they left, my car will be depreciated so much that it's not worth the headache
In the end, I ended up with a car full of scratches and not one apology from the owner that the last time I have seem him, he just looked at me as I was giving him a headache
If you want your car fixeddo not take it thereyou will have more problems than having it fixed

Took my car in on Oct 27 and picked it up on Dec 29,had not been called that it was ready . Never had a call returned. Not a good experience at all .
I do not recommend this shop!!! My questions were not answered and will never be using this shop, even if it is on the Autopac list,it should not be.
