Although [redacted] seems to do quality work, his office is poorly run. I have both a primary and secondary insurance. They did not submit to either insurance company correctly and it had to be done 3 times for a 3-unit bridge, delaying their payments. They pushed to get an "up front" payment from me before submitting to either insurance. I got several bills that did not itemize the charges and payments. Some payments were not credited to my account so the charges were inaccurate. I had to meet with them more than once with my statements from the insurance companies to get my balance corrected. They tried to add finance charges to my balance before the services were correctly submitted to the insurance companies. I am still in dispute with them about what I owe on the bridge because they are not honoring the fee limit as set by his contract with the primary insurance company. I have been with my primary dental insurance for over 20 years and never had a problem like this with a dental office.
