I totally disagree with the validity of this complaint for the following reasons and do not plan on taking any further action is this matter This customer called our company and asked for to 4" river rock, she never asked for rock that was by 4" because if she had, I would have told her to call another company I have in the past actually sent customers to another competitor first before selling them the wrong materials I told her that we had a blend called Texas Blend that was between 2" and 6" in diameter I also said that 2-6" meant the smallest river rock was 2" and the largest 6" in DIAMETER, with some slight variances depending on screening operations from the manufacturer Additionally, there is no way to determine if more of the river rock is the 2" variety or the 6" variety since it is dredge from the bottom of a river, loaded into a huge screening device, and sorted according to diameter Not once did I ever mention that our river rock was 2" x 4" in size like a rectangle We have sold this same river rock for years and have never had this type of complaint After explaining what we had, she provided me with some measurements and asked me to compute the number of cubic yards she would need We setup a date for delivery and we secured payment The product was delivered on Jan 17th prior to noon The customer did not call me to complain about the product size until 4:that same day and had even went as far as using the so called wrong material she had called to complain about In fact, she sent me pictures of my material spread out and laying along side of some other river rock that she had previously purchased from another company This customer could have sent me a picture of what she already had and what she needed to match from the beginning, not after she uses my material and decides it just isn't the right material Summary: we sent the material that what was discussed on the phone, the customer receives the order and proceeds to use the material, and then later on decides it's not the same size as what I already have in place She then sends pictures of what she wanted after the fact

I am rejecting this response because:In the first sentence he acknowledged that I requested rock no smaller than 2"X4" rock. I had to use some of the rock due to impending rain, which would have filled in the dirt trench. I still have a ton of the small rock. I can not ever recommend this company to a friend. They do not try to right their error. I am done with them.
