To whom it may concern This client came to our store without any advertising and any additional solicitationShe showed little interest in any explanation from female salesperson as well as being obnoxious and condescending to salesperson and sales managerTreating sales workers as second class citizensDemanding unrealistic things, not listening and being completely unreasonableCreating situation that may cause a problem aheadIt seemed she has something personal to the whole group of peopleIt felt like she showed disregard and hate to us being RussiansAfter we run into a small problem we offered numerous solutions to client but she was completely unreasonable and simply nasty to me as store manager and a female salespersonThe only thing she demanded is refundSince this client showed rudeness and complete disregard to people and as I can see from this letter she capable of the lie about our serviceThe harassment accusation is the serious matter to us I would not want this client near our store at any timeI am filing request of Order of protectionThe full refund will be proved according to our company police with in day after purchaseSince purchase was made by using credit card it will be credit to client’s accountShe would need to provide her account number to us or call her credit cardWe do not keep any credit card on file to provide security to our clientsJust to notes our company employs 80% female sales representative and office workersOne unsatisfied client does not exemplify the whole companyWe are great happy place for happy peopleWe have been providing service from to many clients in our neighborhood and beyondIf you have any questions call or email [redacted]

I am happy to inform you. We completed service to [redacted] I am sorry for this long unusual time of service from our company. At Weekends Only we trying to take care of any issues as soon as we can. In this case it was not possible to do so because of the special parts need to be ordered....

While waiting for replacement parts our client was able to use her bed at its full capacity without any endanger to her. At this time we completed service and new board will be provided at no cost to client to make nothing else will happened to her bed. Thank you [redacted], store manager

citizens. Demanding unrealistic things, not listening and being completely unreasonable. Creating situation that may cause a problem ahead. It seemed she has something personal to the whole group of people. It felt like she showed disregard and hate to us being Russians. After we run into a small problem we offered numerous solutions to client but she was completely unreasonable and simply nasty to me as store manager and a female salesperson. The only thing she demanded is refund. Since this client showed rudeness and complete disregard to people and as I can see from this letter she capable of the lie about our service. The full refund will be proved according to our company police with in 30 day after purchase. Since purchase was made by using credit card it will be credit to client’s account. She would need to provide her account number to us or call her credit card. We do not keep any credit card on file to provide security to our clients.
