Review: I hired this company to represent me in a landlord/ tenant dispute regarding my property. They had collected my rent without authorization and depleted my tenants trust account and applied it to there bill as payment. they also did this after they had been terminated by me.Desired Settlement: I would like them to justify the excessive bill and refund the trust account and rent they took without authorization

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I did in fact hire [redacted] as did my wife [redacted]. He is correct in saying thst he never met myself or my wife. Once we paid the initial retainer he never spoke with us again. He instead communicated through e-mail mostly through his paralegal. We received messages for as long as we continued to pay thousands of dollars more. We paid $2500 in a month's time and discovered that he was not representing us as we recommended him. In fact he cut off communication all together and would not respond to any of our legal questions. He did things that were not approved by us regarding our legal matter. He took our trust account for our rental property with $2100.00. He then had another attorney write our tenants telling them to send our rent to him directly. This was also done without our consent or knowledge. We then fired him as our attorney and he continued to accept our rent more then a month after he was
