Dear Revdex.com,Our Office Manager, Pat K*** was contacted in regards to the complaint your office received from MrA*** Our license & title clerk, Andrea, had spoken with MrA*** a few weeks ago and she had contacted *** *** Services for him and gotten the lien release letter
that he needed and he picked it up from the dealershipIf MrA*** had said something when he was at dealership, in the interest of customer goodwill, we would of agreed to reimburse him for the title feeWe can certainly understand his frustration in regards to the title issue on his *** ***We will be issuing a check for $to MrA*** today and we apologize for any inconvenience to him.Please close the file on this issue as it has been resolved. Upon receiot of this consumer complaint our general mamager, *** *** was contactedHe looked into this matter and his response is as follows
Our Finance
manager, *** *** states that customer wanted the best rate he could get*** called the deal into different banks on Saturday looking for the best rateSometimes on Saturdays banks do not get back to dealerships right awayCustomer lives in *** and did not want him to have to come back into the dealership to resign a contract for any reason as it would be an inconvenience to him, that is why he sent to banksIt is most unfortunant that the sales person did not communicate to the finance manager Mr***'s desire to not have his credit ran more than onceWe apologize for this and assure Mr& Mrs*** that there was no scamming involvedThe finance manager was only looking for the best rate as quickly as he could find on a Saturday to avoid any inconvenience for the customers
