Review: I paid Thomas Tree Care to process/remove three large trees that fell during a storm. They were supposed to return to grind out the stumps at a later date. They removed one stump, mostly completed the second (I finished cleaning it up), and one stump remains untouched. The bill was paid in full over three months ago and I've contacted them at least four times about completing the job.Desired Settlement: I'd like to have the cost of one stump removal refunded so that I can hire another tree service to complete the job or have the job completed by Thomas Tree Care.
