Review: I ordered my furniture in November 2013 and finally received my completed order on 9/27/14, almost a year later! My order came in two separate shipments due to damage to one piece of furniture during the first delivery attempt in June 2014. I was given estimated time of delivery of 12weeks at time of order. When I did not hear from the store past 12weeks, I made several phone calls and visited the store. Every time I went to store, the manager was not there and the designers were not able to tell me when I should be expecting my furniture. Same thing occurred during phone conversations if manager was not in store that day. When the manager does call back, he was only able to tell me that they are completing my order. I made request for refunds multiple times as there was a break in our agreement but never hear back. I would always have to initiate any communication between us. I have never dealt with such delay in a delivery.Desired Settlement: I would like a discount on the furniture I paid for. If there had been an break in agreement on my part, I would have been charged a fee and I expect the same from them. The business had my money for 8 months before I receive any of my order.
