Thomasville of Bellevue

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: At this time the chest is still not received or feet to either night stand Thomasville has promised much and delivered on little, so a response that they finally did the right thing is not valid at this time as the defect free chest and feet are not here It has taken multiple attempts over a week period on our part with very little to no communication from the Hertiage/Thomasville team I will not accept a response from Thomsaville nor remove my dispute with American Express, Revdex.com, and the Attorney General of Washington State until the feet are received and the new defect free chest is delivered as originally promised over days ago The communication from Thomasville and customer service we have received has been so poor and unsatisfactory that I have very little trust at this time that Thomasville owned by Heritage will deliver as promised Very disappointed that customers have to go to these extremes to get what used to be a great company until purchased by Heritage to deliver a quality product on time as promised and paid for Once the product is delivered and accepted I will accept the response from Thomasville/Heritage however my negative reviews along with the so many other negative reviews others have posted will stand Thank you for your support Revdex.com.Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  At this time the chest is still not received or feet to either night stand.  Thomasville has promised much and delivered on little, so a response that they finally did the right thing is not valid at this time as the defect free chest and feet are not here.  It has taken multiple attempts over a 4 week period on our part with very little to no communication from the Hertiage/Thomasville team.  I will not accept a response from Thomsaville nor remove my dispute with American Express, Revdex.com,  and the Attorney General of Washington State until the feet are received and the new defect free chest is delivered as originally promised over 60 days ago.  The communication from Thomasville and customer service we have received has been so poor and unsatisfactory that I have very little trust at this time that Thomasville owned by Heritage will deliver as promised.  Very disappointed that customers have to go to these extremes to get what used to be a great company until purchased by Heritage to deliver a quality product on time as promised and paid for.  Once the product is delivered and accepted I will accept the response from Thomasville/Heritage however my negative reviews along with the so many other negative reviews others have posted will stand.
