Review: We purchased 4 pieces of furniture for our living room from Thomasville. The sales people where very helpful. Then the furniture was delivered. The sofa was missing nail head work even though the love seat and club chair were delivered with that detail. We refused delivery and called the store. About 6 weeks later we received the sofa, they had taken the same sofa and applied the nail head- therefore the fabric was frayed and ripped as the coach was already made with fabric not to accommodate the nail head. We had them send us a new sofa. The new sofa arrived another 6 weeks later and was in worse condition then the first. So we called the store again, after about 2 weeks of me constantly calling they gave us about 10% off the sofa and we kept the original. Not a year later the ottoman has frayed from light use and the love seat spring fell to the floor. After phone tag for another 2 weeks someone came to fix the springs. The fabric for the ottoman has been on order for 8 weeks now and once again I had to call to ask for an update. They are selling low quality furniture at high prices. They are riding on the reputation of the quality of products they used to sell 10 to 20 years ago. Companies like Raymour and Flanagan put their customer service department to shame. They never call you back, you have to call to get any kind of updates and their corporate office is respectful but does not help to get things solved either.

We have taken care of the issues as per our terms and conditions which the customer signed.
Per customers agreement to keep all pieces, we credited a discount equivalent to clearance price.
Service is open on ottoman ,parts on order , customer in acceptance

Thank you Revdex.com without you I would not have received anything. I did get an additional discount on the furniture however the repair (as per usual) has gone another month with no updates or progress. I wish I could go back in time and not purchase the furniture but with your help at least we got something. Thank you.
