done. The crew removed the lower limbs for approximately 3-4 ft clearance to provide better air movement which aids in slowing the progression of this disease. Even though this is a recommended procedure, more was taken off than the customer wanted. I asked Mrs [redacted] what we could do for her and she asked If we would fertilize her spruce tree for free. Our arborist previously quoted $150.00 for this treatment. I agreed to her request and Mrs [redacted] was satisfied with this settlement.
